You can post an image for each item with the auction listing. Image size limited to 200 x 200 pixels. You must be able to provide an image url online, limited to jpg, jpeg and gif formats.
If you do not have the ability to post an image online to provide an image URL for a listing;

We will size and upload your image for you, five dollar charge must be paid PRIOR to image being uploaded. We can scan too, email for information.
When posting items or horses for sale, PLEASE put which State you are in. Bidders can contact the seller to ask questions by clicking on the link next to Offered By:  IF you have entered a correct email address!

1. Membership Eligibility.
Our services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law.
Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to minors. If you do not qualify,
please do not use our services. Further, our services are not available totemporarily or indefinitely
suspended Gaited Horses Online Auction members.

2. Fees and Services.
Joining and bidding on items posted at Gaited Horses Online Auction is free.

3. Gaited Horses Online Auction is Only a Venue.
Our site acts as the venue for sellers to list items (or, as appropriate, solicit offers to buy) and buyers
to bid on items. We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. As a result,
we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items advertised, the truth or accuracy
of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to buy items.
We cannot ensure that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction.
Because user authentication on the Internet is difficult, Gaited Horses Online Auction cannot and
does not confirm each user's purported identity.

4. Release. Because we are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and
sellers, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you release Gaited Horses
(and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries and employees) from claims, demands and
damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected
and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
