In order to start a discussion on a subject, you must create a thread, you can do this by clicking the start new thread button on the board index page.
To reply to a post, you can click the post a reply button at the top or at the button of the table. If you want to insert a quote to which you are replying, you can click the quote button of the post.
Only contributors (The Gaited Horses Gang (silver and above)) can post photos.
Copyright law prohibits the use of a copyrighted work without permission of the copyright owner. Please make sure you own the copyright of any image you post to the forum either by uploading or linking to the image. When can you use an image?
1) If you took the photo with your camera.
2) If you PAID someone for the use of the image.
3) If you have the WRITTEN Permission of the copyright owner
to use the photo.
Websites have been taken to court for offering unauthorized, copyrighted photos for public display. Liability for copyright infringement in a non commercial context is a disputed issued. A user posting someone else's photo to a bulletin board raises questions as to whether the fair use provision of copyright law applies. In the event of the owner of the copyright thinking it DOES NOT, Gaited Horses would have legal expenses to determine liability, then perhaps fines in the event that it was determined that the posting of the image was infringement.
Gaited Horses cannot take the risk of the costs of such a lawsuit. PLEASE remove any images you have posted to the forum that you are not the owner of the copyright, and do not post any photos (or Text) in the future that you do have the legal usage of.
Also please refrain posting photos for non-GHG members, as the forum requires that they be members to have the rights to post images.
To imbed 
the image it must be online.This means is is ALREADY loaded to the internet
and has a url like http://www.yourdomain.com/yourimagefilename.jpg
When you click on the
button it will insert [img]URL[/img] into the area you are typing in. DELETE
the URL and put your URL to your image in that spot. Like this:
[img]http://www.yourdomain.com/yourimagefilename.jpg[/img]
To attach an image.
a.Click on Browse, find the file in your computer. Complete the post
and click on post.
b. Multiples will not work.
c. The file name can be ANYTHING without spaces in the name.
yourimagefilename.jpg will work
your image file name.jpg WILL NOT work
d. the last part of the file name, jpg or gif MUST be in lower case.
JPG and GIF WILL NOT WORK.

For obvious reasons standard HTML code cannot be used in posts. Instead YaBB allows the use of YaBB Bulletin Board Code (YaBBC) in posts. YaBBC is similar to HTML, but safe and standardized for bulletin board use.
